Personal Group Training.
KoloFit Boot Camp, our version of a group fitness training class, are held seasonally on Saturday mornings at the KoloFit Personal Training Studio in Atlanta. Classes are typically one hour long, calculated to the second, and are GUARANTEED to make you sweat!
Known for her magnetic personality and amazing physique, Atlanta personal trainer Caroline Kolowich designs this class each week with the mindset of targeting your entire body from multiple different angles. While keeping the class intense and the calorie burn high, Caroline maximizes your overall development, helping to reveal the body your deserve!
