Noel brings over 25 years of experience as a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, boot camp/sports conditioning/Tabata/strength instructor and with Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching to the KoloFit personal training team.  

Noel’s specialties include: Functional Training, Post Rehab/Injury Prevention, Speed and Agility, Aerobic Conditioning, Pre/Post Natal, Weight Loss and Special Health Conditions.

Noel has been working in the Health and Fitness Industry in a variety of health club settings over the past 25 yrs.  Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Noel played competitive soccer, rowed crew, and led youth sports and recreation.  Her family moved to Atlanta, GA., which started her career in health and fitness.  Prior to joining the KoloFit team, Noel has a worked in variety of settings from Cardiac Rehab, Corporate Fitness, Wellness Programming, and Personal Training. She is extremely grateful to now be living at Lake Oconee pursuing her passions as a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness coach.  

In her free time, Noel is full of joy spending time with her family, friends, and two rescue dogs.  She enjoys thrilling activities such as sky diving and hang gliding, traveling the world, and attending sports events.
