Mac is originally from the Northeast, born and raised just outside of Philadelphia. Mac’s career consists of over nine years of personal training and group fitness experience in both commercial gyms and corporate settings. He has a passion for fitness, nutrition, health promotion and disease prevention. Mac loves incorporating all types of exercise into his clients routines, including: strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training, circuit training, rowing, running, hiking, kayaking, boxing, foam rolling, stretching, and yoga. He believes that variety in his clients routines help to make fitness fun and challenging every day. Mac believes that exercise is the key to great health and happiness. Mac says that “even after a grueling workout I come out feeling energized and satisfied, and I love helping others achieve those same feelings for themselves!”
